• Bronze Level – Rent: You can step up toward ownership while renting by making extra payments to build your Option Fee to earn Silver Level.
• Silver Level – Rent To Own: You will earn monthly bonus down payment credits for on-time monthly payments.  You can step up to Gold Level even faster with extra payments.
• Gold Level – Agreement For Deed: You will earn in-house financing while building your credit toward a new lower cost bank loan.  You will be enjoying money saving tax deductions while working with a qualified and licensed mortgage professional to find the right mortgage for you.
